As a UX Designer at Techspo, your primary responsibility is to design intuitive, user‑centered experiences across our digital products and platforms. You will take complex problems and translate them into simple, elegant solutions that delight users while meeting business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability principles, combined with the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure our products are both functional and engaging.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to define user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Your insights will guide product decisions, ensuring that every feature is designed with the end user in mind. The ideal candidate is passionate about human‑centered design, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment where feedback and iteration are key.

- Create user‑friendly designs that align with Techspo’s brand and product vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for development teams.
📌 Primary Areas of Accountability
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to improve user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency across products.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
🎓 Education & Experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional UX design experience.
- Proven track record of designing user‑centered digital products.
