🎨 Job Description – Marketing Graphic Designer

As a Marketing Graphic Designer at Techspo, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the Marketing and Social Media team, you’ll design assets for email campaigns, advertisements, websites, and promotional materials. Your work will ensure that every design aligns with Techspo’s brand standards while engaging our target audiences.

You’ll collaborate with marketing strategists, product managers, and fellow designers to translate campaign goals into compelling visuals. Beyond static design, you’ll contribute to video production and editing, helping bring our stories to life through multimedia content. For web projects, you’ll apply your coding skills to transform designs into functional, responsive experiences.

🔑 Key Objectives

  • Deliver clean, modern design assets that reflect Techspo’s brand identity.
  • Support marketing campaigns with visually compelling content across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to product launches with creative assets that enhance visibility and engagement.

📌 Primary Areas of Accountability

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to design direct-response email campaigns.
  • Create print materials for sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and design team on corporate and product website design, including HTML/CSS implementation.
  • Develop and maintain branding style guides (icons, color palettes, typography).
  • Produce design assets for product launches, including app store visuals and promotional graphics.

🛠 Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong coding ability in HTML & CSS (SCSS preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Sketch is a plus.
  • Experience with cross-browser and platform testing.
  • Knowledge of InVision for prototyping and collaboration.
  • Video production and editing skills (or willingness to learn).

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Graphic/Web Design.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional design experience.
  • Proven expertise in direct-response email design.
  • Experience designing for eCommerce websites.
