You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that every interface is both visually engaging and technically sound. This role requires advanced expertise in front‑end development, a deep understanding of UX principles, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving best practices in usability and accessibility.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions. From prototyping and testing to coding and deployment, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of UX development. 📌 Primary Areas of Accountability

• Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, responsive front‑end code.
• Collaborate with UX designers to refine user journeys and interaction models.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Implement accessibility standards and cross‑platform compatibility.
• Optimize front‑end performance and maintain design systems for consistency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the UX development team.

🛠 Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS preferred), JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Familiarity with API integration and backend collaboration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, UX Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional UX development experience.
• Proven track record of leading UX projects from concept to deployment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers/designers.
